About our products

Wander Color System sells downloadable digital products for video color grading, including .cube LUTs, Adobe Premiere Pro Lumetri presets (.prfpset), and other digital assets we may add in the future. Products are organized into packages by camera (for example Sony, GoPro, and DJI Pocket 3) and as an all-access Creator Bundle.

Your account

To buy and download products you need an account, created with an email and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to make a binding purchase under the law that applies to you.

Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown on each package page and charged at the price displayed at checkout, including any active promotional or founding-launch pricing. Prices may be shown in USD or VND; where payment is settled in VND, the amount is converted at the rate shown at checkout. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders already completed.

License to use the products

When you buy a package, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to download and use its LUTs and presets in your own projects.

• You MAY use the LUTs and presets in unlimited personal and client video projects, including commercial work.
• You MAY keep using files you have bought even after a package is updated or retired.
• You MAY NOT resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the LUT or preset files themselves, in original or modified form.
• You MAY NOT include the files in another product, preset pack, or template offered to third parties.

Updates and access

When you own a package, new presets we add to it appear in your library automatically at no extra cost. The all-access Creator Bundle unlocks every current and future package. We aim to keep your downloads available indefinitely but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or any specific file.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to reach files or accounts that are not yours, circumvent download or access controls, or use the site in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the license above.

Intellectual property

All LUTs, presets, images, text, and branding on the site remain the property of Wander Color System and its operator. Your purchase grants the license described above and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Disclaimers

Our products are creative tools meant as a color starting point. Results depend on your footage, camera settings, lighting, and software, and may require manual adjustment. Products are provided “as is”, without warranty that they will meet every need or behave identically on every project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited and governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before buying.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
