• Account information: your name and email address, or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• Order information: the packages you buy, the amount and currency paid, and the payment method used.
• Entitlement records: which LUTs, presets, and downloadable files your account is allowed to access.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and secure your account, deliver the digital products you buy, give you ongoing access to your downloads and free future updates, respond to support requests, and send transactional emails such as receipts and new-preset notifications.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email only to send product news and subscriber discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

We do not collect or store your full card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment providers — PayPal, PayOS (VietQR / bank transfer), and VNPay — who handle your payment information under their own privacy policies. We receive only confirmation of payment and a reference code for your order.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your language (English / Tiếng Việt) and currency (USD / VND) preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we store and protect your data

Your account and order data are kept in a managed database, and your purchased files are kept with a cloud storage provider. Passwords are hashed, downloads sit behind your account, and file access is granted only to accounts that own the matching package.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store — our payment providers, our email provider, and our hosting and storage providers — and only to the extent required to provide the service to you.

Your rights

You can view the personal data on your account at any time from your dashboard. You may request a copy, a correction, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop sending marketing emails, by contacting us. We may need to keep certain order records to meet legal and accounting obligations.
