Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how you receive the products you buy from Wander Color System. We sell only digital products — there is no physical shipping.
How delivery works
All of our products are delivered digitally through your account. There is no physical item and nothing is mailed to you. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the package you bought is unlocked in your account.
When you receive your products
Delivery is normally instant. After a successful payment you are returned to the site and the package appears in your dashboard right away. For bank-based methods (PayOS / VietQR or VNPay), access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually immediately, though it can occasionally take a little longer while the payment settles.
Accessing and downloading your files
Sign in and open your dashboard to see the packages you own. Open a package to download each file — the full preset bundle and any individual presets — using the download button next to it. Downloads work on any device where you sign in, and you can re-download your files as many times as you need.
File formats and compatibility
Products are provided as .cube LUT files, Adobe Premiere Pro .prfpset preset files, and .zip bundles that contain them. Each package page lists the formats, the software it is intended for, and the versions we tested. Please check these details before buying.
Free updates
When we add new presets to a package you own, they appear in your library automatically at no extra cost. The all-access Creator Bundle includes every current and future package.
If you have trouble downloading
If a download will not start, a file appears corrupted, or a package you paid for has not unlocked, email us at quocnguyeneditor1998@gmail.com with your order reference and we will help. See also our Refund Policy for faulty files.
